We write this letter in recommendation of Tyler Smith who served as our Sales Representative and Project Manager for QE Construction. During the spring of 2011 we had a storm damage our property. We had the pleasure of working with Tyler on the repair of our roof and a few other structural items.

Throughout the course of the project Tyler was a consummate professional. He took the time to meet with us multiple times as well as accurately explain in detail how to approach the job, how to work with our insurance carrier and was accurate in his initial scale and cost of our project. Most importantly though Tyler added the down to earth sensibility we were looking for making us feel comfortable throughout the process, not the 'car salesman' approach other contractors approached us with.

Tyler took a lot of the uncertainty away when dealing with the insurance company and provided the proper knowledge and skill set needed to ensure everything was covered. He worked hand in had with our insurance carrier and his team to make sure our damage was resolved and we were satisfied.

Our job was done with care and precision. The team who performed the work were efficient and professional, leaving our property clean and tidy when they were finished for a job well done.

During the spring of this year we noticed that our roof had shown some signs of damage due to in climate weather. In talking with our insurance agent, he highly recommended us to contact QE Construction for their review and advise. Specifically, he mentioned Justin Howell as a point of contact at QE construction as his previous dealings with him were very fair and reputable.

We contacted Justin asking him to take a look at our roof and advise if the roof was in need of repair and if so would an insurance claim be warranted. Justin was very helpful in both giving advise on the roof's condition as well as helping to work with the insurance claims adjuster when the roof's condition was under review by the insurance company. Justin actually came out to our house prior to the appointment time for review with the insurance adjuster to mark spots on the roof where damage was evident. The claim was accepted and the review process went very smoothly.

QE Construction has a wide variety of roofing material in various colors, styles, and grades to choose from. Once the material was decided upon, they were very prompt in removing the old roof and replacing the new one. The cleanup of the old materials was very complete and all in all we were extremely satisfied with the entire process and job performed by QE Construction.

I used QE Construction to repair my roof, remove and replace the roof covering and repair the ceiling due to leaks.

I chose QE Construction due to several reasons.

Out of the several roofing companies that I contacted for estimates, Keith was the only estimator to show up when he promised. He climbed the roof and examined the dsign and source of the leaks, and entered the attic. He found the cause of the leaks and gave me several solutions to fix the problem and stop future problems.We agreed to some roof design changes and new venting process.He contacted the insurance adjuster and reviewed the roof and water damage with the insurance adjuster.He told me what would be done, and explained in detail the procedures, materials, and repairs and modifications to stop future leaks.

The repairs were done as he described, and on the schedule he gave me. The costs estimate was not exceeded. No leaks or other problems have appeared. The changes to the roof have improved the looks as well as reduced future maintenance.
